Intro to Peachtree City:

Peachtree City was chartered on March 9, 1959.  The city is divided into five separate villages (Aberdeen, Braelinn, Glenloch, Kedron, and the West Village), each with its own shopping areas, recreational facilities, and elementary schools.  Peachtree City has a 90-mile network of multi-use paths for pedestrians, cyclists, and golf carts.  Peachtree City’s golf cart path system spiders across the town and provides a secondary means of access to almost any destination within city limits.  City amenities include golf courses(3), public swimming pools, a baseball & soccer complex, an ALTA-approved tennis center, baseball, softball, and football fields, a 2,000-seat amphitheater, a BMX track, a senior center, a teen center, numerous parks and playgrounds, the Kedron Fieldhouse and Aquatic Center, and a private airport (Falcon Field).
